Saif Ali Khan has gone on a vacation along with Taimur Ali Khan and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan to their ancestral home in Pataudi and as usual, they were followed by the paps at the airport. While Bebo and Saif have no qualms about getting clicked, since they are public figures…it gets a bit harrowing when their toddler son who is already a celeb gets the same treatment.
As the Pataudis were entering the airport, Taimur was perched on top of Saif’s shoulders and was wearing a cap but his eyes were exposed to all the lights as the media went clickety click.
Saif was a bit irritated and asked the cameramen to go a little easy on the child because he was scared that the lights might blind his child. He said, “Bas karo yaar, bachcha andha ho jaayega (Stop it, the child will go blind).” The paps laughed but the Nawab looked dead serious. When asked to pose he said, “Aap ko lena hai toh lo, ye pose karna thoda ajeeb hai (You want to take photos, you take them, it’s weird to pose).” He later issued a statement to the press explaining why he said this.
He was quoted,"I did not initiate any police complaint against the photographers. Kareena and I live in a respectful residential area and are a part of the larger community, thereby we do also have a responsibility to emotionally support our neighbours when they feel a disturbance to them is being caused and to be fair, their sentiments are understandable. We have always shared a very respectful relationship with the paparazzi as we understand that this their livelihood, however, it's important for us to understand that kids should enjoy the basic right of growing up in a normal atmosphere out of and away from constant media glare. I believe I am well within my right as a father to choose to not pose for the cameras when I have my son with me or to inform the photographers that the constant flashes can hurt his eyes. As media figures, we have to live with the attention and we accept that.But our kids shouldn't be subjected to it."

Recently, they were in news because their gym selfie went viral. While Kareena was clicking a mirror selfie, one could see Taimur playing in the background with Saif working out behind her. Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shared a picture of Kareena Kapoor Khan taking a selfie.
Interestingly, the picture also features a rather dedicated Saif Ali Khan concentrating on weights. But what surprised everyone was the presence of Taimur Ali Khan who seems to be exploring the place and walking towards his father.
